The objective of MAZZI REZIDENTIAL is the construction of a complex of new apartments in Bucharest, located close to downtown. The residential building, made up of 2BF+GF+9F-10FR, will be situated at the intersection of 8-8A Ramnicu Valcea Street with 24-26 Ramnicu Valcea Alley, in the 3rd district of Bucharest.
The construction of the two new residential blocks of the Mazzi project is certified by the Construction Authorization no. 1020/01.09.2008 and by the Construction Site Organization Authorization no. 152/16.02.2009 issued by the 3rd district City Hall. The deadline for the project execution is of 24 months.
