Project description
Mazzi Rezidential will build a complex of new apartments in Bucharest. The residential ensemble will be constructed in height 2 BF+GF+9F+10F-set back. The project is realized on a parcel located on 8 Ramnicu Valcea Street, in the 3rd district, and it is situated within the built-up area of Bucharest.
The surface of the new residential block and of the adjacent locations to which the Mazzi Rezidential project refers occupies a surface of 1508, 64 sq. m., and it is the property of S.C. MAZZI INTERNATIONAL ROMANIA S.R.L.
Construction elements
The construction of the new apartments in Bucharest will have 2 basement floors with access from the Ramnicu Valcea Alley. The ground floor of the two blocks will contain an area arranged for underground parking.
On each floor, from the 1st floor up to the 9th floor, there will be 4 apartments with 2 rooms and 8 apartments with 1 room (6 and 2 in the posterior part of the main access). On the 10th floor, there will be 3 apartments with 3 rooms and arranged generous terraces.
Access to Mazzi Rezidential
The car access to the two basement floors, with the main function of underground parking, will be enabled from within the precinct and from the area of the main entrance into the building that has direct access to the Ramnicu Valcea Alley.
The pedestrian access to the block staircase will be made through a direct access from the Ramnicu Valcea Alley and will be also arranged for the disabled persons’ access.
